Registration is now open for the Sustainable Technology Showcase, an event that brings together methodologies, techniques, systems, equipment or processes that contribute to building a sustainable society.
It years, technology entries must fit into three categories:
- Green Technologies in subcategories Natural Resources, Energy, Biodiversity, Water, Waste, and Carbon Emissions
- Inclusive Technology, with projects on Economic Inclusion, Equity, Accessibility, Socio-diversity; Poverty Traditional Knowledge, Access and Warranty Rights and Public Policy
- Responsible Technology, focusing on Integrity and Anti-Corruption Transparency, Social Control of Public Officials and Budget, Decent Work
The technologies that form part of the Showcase will be selected by a committee consisting of 11 trustee entities, such as the Brazilian Association for Industrial Development (ABDI), Brazilian Council for Sustainable Construction (CBCS), the Studies and Projects (FINEP), International Corporate Finance (IFC) and Social Technology Network (RTS).
Can subscribe to the show individuals or organizations with one or more technologies. Entries are free and need only be made via website www.ethos.org.br/mostra2010.
The deadline is January 31, 2010.
Remember that the Sustainable Technology Showcase 2010 will be held at the same time and place of the 2010 Ethos International Conference, 10 to May 14, 2010 at the Hotel Transamerica in Sao Paulo.
